Constructed at Swindon works in 1934 to a design by C. B. Collett, she is the sole remaining class member of six examples built which were utilised for dock shunting. No1369 has outside cylinders and weights just short of 36 tons. She has a short wheelbase of 11 feet with a driving wheel diameter of 3 foot 8 inches which is almost one foot smaller than our previous resident No 9682. Her current livery is Great Western green with the lettering 'GREAT WESTERN' painted on the tank sides.

At Chinnor we will be using the locomotive for all our steam services throughout 2010 starting with Mothers Day on 14th March. This locomotive paired with our set of 'Chocolate and Cream' coaches is going to make a splendid sight working out of Chinnor.
