A book on The Watlington Branch of the Great Western Railway has been published by Brian, who is a long standing member and volunteer at the Chinnor & Princes Risborough Railway. Comprising 32 pages of monochrome text and photographs with a colour cover in A4 format, it contains unique sketches, drawings and photographs of the buildings and track layouts at the stations and halts on the branch (great for modellers). All profits from the sale of the book go to the Association to help in the maintenance and running of the railway.
The book is now in its 2nd Edition with minor additions covering Princes Risborough North Signal Box and Princes Risborough platform 4, together with a picture of the latter. It is available priced at £6.00 from the shop at Chinnor Station, which is open during normal operating hours.
