Vacancy for a Surplus Equipment Sales Administrator

We have a volunteer vacancy for a Surplus Equipment Sales Administrator.

This position will suit a volunteer who wishes to work from home with occasional visits to the Railway. The person appointed will be responsible for generating income for the Railway from items that are no longer of direct use, for example bookshop items that are poor sellers and redundant equipment.

The person appointed will liaise with department Managers to identify items to sell, value items and decide the best sales route prior to advertising through eBay, Gumtree or other identified advertising.
