Well behaved pet dogs are always made welcome and they TRAVEL FREE on daytime service trains in the non-dining sections of the trains. All we ask, please, is that you keep them on the floor or bring along a thick blanket for your pet to sit on. Please do consider other visitors and keep your dog on a short lead whilst on and about the station and on the train. Bowls of fresh drinking water are provided on the platform at Chinnor station and there is a pet-waste bin near the main entrance/exit.
Dogs are not however permitted in the Luncheon or Afternoon Tea Cars or the Cambrian Tea Room at Chinnor (Assistance Dogs excepted) and we ask you to respect the views of our other patrons please. If however you are reserving seats in the Luncheon Car or Afternoon Tea Cars and you also wish to bring your well behaved dog along, then it may be possible to arrange for one of our dog-friendly volunteer stewards to dog-sit during your meal. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to see how we may be able to help you.
