Customers who were unable to visit/travel on 20-23 December or 01-03 January due to the national lockdown, or who were booked on cancelled services, were contacted by the end of the first week in January in respect of a refund or gift certificate to use on our services in 2021. If you have missed our email or telephone call and you believe you are eligible for a refund, please get in contact with us.
- A thoughtful reminder - our essential Works Trains must continue to run for heavy engineering and maintenance purposes. This is in line with Government Coronavirus regulations and advice. It is both illegal and extremely dangerous to enter any part of the closed Railway, or to walk along any tracks.
