Teddy Bear Steam Days KIDS FREE

Bank Holiday fun on Sunday and Monday 05 & 06 May 2019 and children UNDER 16 years with a Teddy (or any other plush animal!) go FREE with an accompanied Adult or Senior ticket holder!

P.S. If you are looking for Saturday 04 May see Teddy Bear Diesel Day KIDS FREE 2019.
It could be a good time to visit the railway as there are plenty of seats available to spread out and enjoy the journey. See the foothills of the Chilterns spring to life as the landscape is now becoming verdant and green: you might spot some of our local wildlife such as deer, and it is rather rare not to see the Red Kites whirling overhead. All the while your steam or vintage diesel locomotive is making its way along the line between Chinnor and Princes Risborough.

If you are looking for something more to do whilst in Chinnor then see our guide 'Stroll Around Chinnor Village' which includes links to the Wee Bookshop and The Village Centre for food and drink, ditto Bar/Restaurant meals in local pubs, or say visit the Windmill (generally open first and third Sunday in the month) or the local Church, and the guide also lists other places that may be of interest.

At Chinnor station there is a large free car park for train ticket holders - plus small tea room and souvenir shop available.
